1.Our JS500 Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer could mix evenly and good homogeneity: there are two mixing shafts. And the materials mainly mixed between the two mixing shafts, so there are strong extrusion force. 

 

2.Long life span: mixing blades are the important parts. It directly decides the usage life span of  volumetric concrete mixer. We use High Wear-Resistant Chromium-Manganese Alloys Plates and Blades. The thickness of our mixing blades could reach 15mm, mixing arms could reach 30mm.

 

3.JS500 Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer use Hydraulic discharge. This method could avoid the shortage power of pneumatic discharging that could not open the discharging opening. Comparingwith manual operation, hydraulic discharging concrete mixer could save staff and improve efficiency. Of course, it is safer.
